If you have never worked in the catering industry before, we are happy to help you on your way with the basic training! Do you already have some experience but do you want to develop yourself in the field of coaching and leadership? That is also possible, via the Mise en Place Academy! The live training is a 4-hour training, in which we take your skills to a higher level together. You will have ample time to practice the skills you have covered during the E-learning and we will provide you with feedback, tips and tricks. In addition, we will prepare you for your first jobs behind the bar. What should you pay attention to, which installations are there, how do you tap a perfect beer? At the end of the training we are happy to tell you more about the possibilities within Mise en Place and we take the time to answer your questions.
